The first program is the One Week Parenting Miracle, which helps parents learn how to turn around pre-adolescent negative behavior in as little as one week. The next program is Teen Miracle – a comprehensive parenting program for parents raising teens – especially rebellious, defiant or acting-out teens. Then comes Family Miracle, Recovery Miracle, and a treatment for Encopresis and Enuresis. These are all slated for 2012. Outcome research will be conducted on all these programs to establish their efficacy, which has seen tremendous success clinically.
About Dr. Hyde
As a licensed psychologist, Randy Hyde has 30-years of experience. Randy is highly sought-after in the field of clinical child and family counseling. In 1989, he founded what eventually became known as Preferred Family Clinic.
With double undergraduate degrees from Brigham Young University in 1979, in Psychology and Interpersonal Communications, Randy went on to receive his Ph.D. from BYU in 1983.
He spent five years as clinical director of Charter Canyon Hospital, an inpatient treatment facility. He was also the director of the children’s unit where he gained great insight into the techniques which change negative behaviors, even those hard-core problems found in a lock-down facility.
In 1994, Randy Hyde established the private Youth Reclamation Corporation, which helped adjudicated delinquent and ungovernable youth on house arrest. This program realized animpressive 85% change rate in its participants, as demonstrated in a powerful outcome study conducted by Michael Lambert at BYU.
In 2005, he founded the ADHD Clinic, to benefit families struggling with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. He understands the challenges and misconceptions related to this disorder. Even if your child has been diagnosed with ADHD, (or you suspect your child’s behavior is related to ADHD), Randy will help make a correct diagnosis, empower your child togain moral maturity and make good decisions. He will coordinate with your medical doctor to help with medication management.
Randy was a founder of Candeo, an online training program for those who are struggling with sexual addictions. This has been a remarkably successful program that has incorporated Randy’s treatment philosophy.
Randy also helped co-found iChology.com. Similar to Candeo, it is an online training programthat gives people powerful principles and effective skills that will help remediate specific problems.
Randy remains current in the academic world and enjoys being an adjunct professor at Brigham Young University and supervising psychology doctoral students.
Through these experiences, and from his many years in practice, Randy has developed aremarkable system with a common-sense, down-to-earth approach. These methods are effective at changing bad behavior to good while increasing the love and security within an individual.

Randy is married to his very best friend, Carolyn, and has six children and one grandson. They live in Lindon Utah.
